Bevvy cross the Mersey

I've rolled up in Liverpool to shop, drink, dress up and dance then went to the Klimt exhibition which reminded me hugely of when I worked at the Charles Rennie Mackintosh exhibition in Glasgow all those years ago. I do like to occassionally reactivate the Art History portion of my brain. After inspecting the pumps (at The Pumphouse.. long stry) we went on the Mersey Ferry, which gives a great view of the city and does actually play you aboard with a bit of Gerry and Pacemakers...Next stop Manchester.
