Calling all TLC Volunteers!!!

We have 3 kittys that are in need of some love. Like the others before them, these beautiful cats need some socialization to get more comfortable with their new surroundings. Going into a shelter for any reason can make an animal shy, scared, and nervous which in turn makes it more difficult for them to be adopted. When a cat is scared it sometimes makes them look intimidating which can make people afraid to play with them. The cats I'm about to introduce you to are very friendly and just need some petting and playtime to come out of their shells.

Bub

Bub is a 5 year old male cat who was surrendered to us on January 30th because his owners were moving. He is a very sweet and laid back cat but is still having a hard time adjusting to his new and hopefully very temporary residence. Please come and visit Bub so he has a fighting chance at a forever home!

Maggie

Maggie is a female cat who is front declawed. She came to us as a stray and is a seasoned escape artist. She has spent at least one night roaming the shelter after escaping from her cage. She is not too happy being at the shelter and needs some love so she can get a little more comfortable with her surroundings. Maggie deserves a good forever home and can get that chance with a little TLC.

Dotti

Dotti is a 2 year old female cat who has tested positive for feline HIV. This disease makes her more difficult to adopt because she'll need a home that does not have other cats. Feline HIV is not contagious to humans and can only be transferred to other cats through their feces or a bite. She has been with us since November and just needs some constant love so she doesn't get stir crazy in her cage. Due to her disease she cannot be placed in the cat community room so getting her some playtime is pretty important.
