Cubs sign Koskie

The Cubs signed Corey Koskie to a one year minor league deal today and extended him an invitation to spring training. He's scheduled to play for team Canada in the WBC and may not participate in spring training until after Canada is eliminated. The spots on the 25 man roster are becoming scarce and Corey will be competing for one of them. Hopefuly he can find a consistent bat and provide the cubs with some depth in the infield.
