We have a couple kitty's here at the shelter who need some extra special attention. Jewel and Maggie are young cats who are very nervous to be here. If you have some extra time please try and show these gals some love.
Jewel
Jewel is a 1 year old calico who was surrendered for adoption on January 10th. Her owners had to move and were unable to take her along. She's very nervous because she is suddenly homeless and needs some reassurance so she can find her forever home.
Maggie
Maggie is a 3-4 year old stray who was dropped off at our shelter on 1/10/2009. Right now she doesn't like to be picked up so petting her in her cage would be a great option!! She really needs to get more used to being with people so she has her best chance at a forever home!
